Staff is untrained and has trouble with cash register. They had to be talked step by step over the phone and still charged the guy before me double for his order. That guy asked two times about the price and then he took it just to be able to leave as people lined up behind us - i was the only one in the store on a slow holiday sunday when i began my order... So god help if there is more then two customers. Staff was friendly but lacked training and language skills (german). Food was alright.

A typical subway. Unfortunately, you are currently not allowed to sit inside or outside due to Corona. Is very clean, the staff are very nice and make sure that everything is fresh.

Top Subway, every employee is now top! For every new one the beginning is difficult, and in my eyes no one needs to take offense! Even better is that an employee knows exactly what certain regulars eat, it could not be easier!

Staff by the bank Top 👍🏼 friendly, helpful. Since the food is fresh and does not just come out of the refrigerated counter, it should be clear to everyone that you have to wait a minute or two for their delicious food. I like to come to Pegnitz in the subway :)
